Casita Boriqua - Austin

Fantastic food at a reasonable price! I've tried all the Puerto Rican food trucks and restaurants in Austin, and I can honestly say that Casita Boricua serves the best and most delicious Puerto Rican dishes. Additionally, Gloria and Miguel, the owners, are incredibly attentive and people-oriented, which is something I've found lacking in other places. Their outstanding service makes you want to return soon. Give it a try—you won't regret it! I highly recommend it.

I had the jibarito and it was so juicy and good. The owner is very friendly and you can taste the food is made with love. I definitely recommend this place. I will be coming back again! Buen provecho!

The service was great. The food was tasty but the arroz con gandules was a little mushier than I prefer. The jibarito sandwich was delicious and very filling, I was starving and I could only eat half (and for 7.50 that's a steal). The portion size for the pernil plate was incredible and definitely worth it.
