Bennu Coffee On Congress - Austin

This is a wonderful coffee joint off Soco. It’s definitely a working and studying vibe. They are also open 24 seven which is great for those. Looking to get a late night or early morning fix.Their coffee selection is unique, and they have pretty good breakfast tacos, and baked goods. A good price for what you get. Nothing over-the-top or fancy about this place. Just good vibes and good coffee and food.

I wish I could rate this place higher because the coffee is genuinely delicious. The ambiance is lovely and would be a great place to study if it weren’t for the noise. The baristas are so incredibly loud that I can hear their exact conversations as if they were sitting next to me, even with noise canceling headphones on. They’re super nice but people come here to work and they really take away from that.

Love coming here. The staff is great! Very comfortable and clean environment.The only way in is through the front door. And to reach the counter, you must go down 5 stairs. They have no access for mobility impaired customers.They have a sign posted on their entrance but it is bogus. The patio entrance is always locked. If someone is outside you can ask them for help. Otherwise you are SOL because they don't answer their phone.

Friendly, excellent dark roast, good scones; gave me heavy cream upon request despite it not being a normal option. Recommended and will return.

I’ve tried three coffee shops in Austin so far(including Jo’s on S Congress) and this is the best. Highly recommend.Parking: Plenty of space.
