I'm German, and I’ve been searching for a good meat cheese that tastes like what I'm accustomed to from Germany. We have a German butcher in Dallas, but their meat cheese didn’t meet my expectations. I placed my first order last week and received it today, and I made an immediate tasting. I was genuinely impressed; it tastes just like it does back in Germany. Even my husband said it's the best he’s had in the U.S. besides Germany itself. The packaging was excellent—after five days, the meat cheese was still ice-cold. I've already recommended your product to my other German friends here in Dallas!

I've always loved this place. As soon as I walk in, the aroma takes me straight to Germany. The quality is excellent. I've started ordering online recently, and I’ve found everyone to be very professional and friendly. I can't wait to hopefully return in person very soon!

Ever since a friend introduced me to this restaurant, I’ve been a regular customer since 1995. Although the recent fire has caused it to close more often, I’m optimistic that once all the repairs are finished, the restaurant will resume full service. This place is truly amazing!

Fantastic meat shop! Many authentic European meats and prepared foods, as well as food and sweets! Friendly service and extremely clean facility. I was impressed with her sausage selection. The smoked pork chops are delicious and damp and had head cheese! Squeee! I'll hand over the meat cheese and the blood sausage next time. In Fairness, I am not sure how meat cheese should be, but I would describe it as a baked Bologna. The bloodworst was mild and bland and I prefer other types of bloodworst. The Polish Kielbasa is great here, as is the German Wiener. The beautiful German woman (Claudia? the handmade instructions for me for baking the meat I bought. What extraordinary service! The caviar cream is to-die-for! I recommend the trip here.

Great butcher shop. So many great choices, hard to decide what to get. Smoked Pork Chops are to die for... Smoked products are great too. Sausage options are plentiful. Really hard to describe everything available. Steak cuts are beautiful, Pork chops, loin, chicken breast, chicken wings, etc. Bacon options cut to order. Nice cheese choices, pickled herring, pierogies, lamb leg, liver, pate, breads, sauerkraut, knorr products, chocolates from Europe, etc. Quality is really what you get here. Service is awesome too. The building and parking lot were all renovated and are really nice. Even have electric car charging available. Take the time to go check this place out, it will be well worth it.
