Golden Krust Caribbean - Austell

This was my first visit, and I must say Cleopatra provided an exceptional experience with their attitude and customer service. The food was excellent—just the right amount of seasoning, not too salty at all. We also tried the local drinks, pineapple and carrot juice, which were both delicious! Thank you, Cleo! Rating: 5/5 for the food!

I gave this restaurant one star because I couldn't find it at all—the address is incorrect. It took me to a LA Fitness instead. To make matters worse, no one answered the phone when I tried to call for help. I'm really frustrated I drove all the way here for nothing.

The food is good, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The woman with red braids working today had a truly terrible attitude and was rude to my family. There are plenty of Caribbean options in this area, so dealing with a rude server is just not worth it. She appeared annoyed that we were ordering food and that she had to assist us. Her behavior was unacceptable.

I came by one of my favorite places for lunch. My sister is visiting from out of town and wanted some dumplings. What better place than Golden Crust. Our service was phenomenal thanks to Shauel who went above and beyond in impeccable customer service. I will for sure be back to visit this wonderful restaurant where you are treated like family ?

I wish I could give them a negative zero. The food was horrible. I spent $60 on some very unseasoned Jamaican food. I called them and spoke with the supervisor and told her my complaint. She took my number and name stated she would call me back and never did. I have ate there before and never had an issue. This particular time everything was very very bland!!!!! No taste no nothing. Will never get my business again.
