Village Inn - Aurora

The table was messy but clean it right away. The food was amazing, it just mealted in my mouth. They have fast service and the wait for food is average but the wait was worth it.

Good service considering she was the only wait staff when we arrived. Felt for her as she had a few more tables that they anticipated. There was an event nearby and they got some overflow from that. Not too bad but more than one person could handle for sure. Food was good and I ate it all which is a valid indicator for me. I would go back if in the area but wouldn't go out of my way.

I normally don 't leave reviews unless there 's a truly compelling reason. Today 's trip was absolutely that. The manager working today and server, Mitch, immediately stood out as warm and friendly. While you can find this in many places, it seems more of a matter of polite workplace conduct whereas here it was genuine kindness. Food was quick and just the right level of attentiveness from the staff. I haven 't ever had 'usual spots ' but today we found one.

I love this Village inn for a quick breakfast with family. Everyone is very nice here. Our waiter Mitch was very nice and funny made our breakfast enjoyable.
