You will be told to take a seat, and the bar tender will bring it out, after 20 or so min of sitting there in plane view of said bar tender you will have to inquire again, at which time you will be given your dinner that has been sitting on the window for 10 15 min. This was at 5:15 and the restaurant was by no means busy, the bar had 2 people seated and I'd guess 70% open seating in the dining area. I visit this area twice a year, and have been ordering from Ted's every time for the past 6 years. Unfortunate to see their customer service fall off like this. Definitely not worth $23 for a room temp burger with soggy fries.
We were looking forward to eating here. The lady seated us in a booth in the east side of the restaurant. I went to the restroom after looking over the menu. My partner was going to order our drinks for us. I was gone for at least 5 minutes. When coming back to our booth another group of 3 people were being seated across from us. When I sat down I found out the waitress hadn't been over yet. I was OK with this until she waited on the people just coming in. This was not acceptable. Needless to say, we didn't stay. Shame on your staff for this to happen!!! We will drive to Centennial to eat at Teds.
I was very impressed with the meal. Great service and fun atmosphere.
I eat here more than I should admit. If you’re in town for business it’s a go to from both the location and the food and service. If you’re a local, here’s a pro tip: it’s a business week oriented restaurant so the weekends are easier to get a seat! That said; can’t go wrong with anything on the menu (unless you’re from Maryland and are a crab cake snob these are really good crab cakes, but they’re not Maryland crab cakes). The bison anything is a must, and the salt and pepper trout (when available PLEASE MAKE IT A MENU ITEM) is the best. The other locations are great as well (but parking downtown ugh) the SW location has a great bar setup. But the airport one is my spot. Update: PLEASE ADD THE SALT AND PEPPER TROUT. Heard others complaining about this too!!
The East 40th Circle location can't be beat! About 5 miles from car rental return at Denver Airport, and only a couple of blocks from Costco Gas Station! Service was quite nice. Food could be better. Still trying to figure out why they put cheese on the meatloaf sandwich. I asked for NO green peppers on the chopped salad the kitchen didn't honor my request, making it not as pleasant as it could have been! Otherwise all was good.
