Taco Bell - Aurora

I was shocked by the poor customer service and low food quality at this restaurant. The owner seriously needs to improve management and do some renovations. When customers feel compelled to write a review or submit a complaint about bad service and food, it likely means that the employees do not prioritize food safety. Just something to consider.

I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant. Last time I used the app to order and pay, but when I arrived, they couldn't find my order. They told me to park, but still didn't bring out my food. Despite being disabled, I had to go inside and get my food myself. Today, I decided not to use the app. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I agreed to round up my bill to $15 for the TB foundation. I gave the cashier $25, but she closed the register before giving me my $10 change. This was the worst food experience I've had in my 55 years.

This Taco Bell is by far the worst in the country. The food is consistently bad and I will never return. The burritos I ordered had old, dried tortillas that were so dry they were falling apart where they were folded. They were inedible. The fillings and tortillas were so cold that the cheese hadn't even melted. Who is in charge of this Taco Bell? Is this how a company does business?

The doors remained closed and closed from today and were so long. they have also written nothing on doors to let us know, only drive thru. tired here by king soopers to foot to foot to walk foot to foot and waste my lunchtime. google map also said that this place is open for dine. to be comfortable!

If I could give zero stars I would. Time after time my order is incorrect and it doesn’t matter if I order through the app or drive through.This last time I got 0/9 items correctly. There are no hard shells in the cheesy Gordita crunch, tacos were not supreme nor the right kind, no Crunchwrap’s, wrong potatoes and we got nachos instead of chips and cheese. Add to the fact we didn’t even get the correct number of items.When I contacted the store asking them to remake the order I was hung up on by the so called manager. This place should just be shut down by now since they can’t get anyones order right. Corporate I would suggest you come do some audits of this place.
