Salerno's Express - Aurora

Crazy that it was 5 stars...The pizza has definitely changed unfortunately.And it's not just a 1 time thing either because we've returned 4 more times recently and have enjoyed this pizza at least 50X.Something with the dough (yeast) makes all of us feel heavy and horrible after just a few pieces.They even changed the french fries .Not sure who took over or who left, however I just can support this business anymore.

They stole my money, I went to the venue and no one could tell me where my pizza was supposed to be picked up at.

Ordered food here tonight at 6:30 pm. One large pizza and a steak sandwich. Steak sandwich was custom ordered due to a dairy allergy, normal comes with cheese, green peppers and onions. Ordered it with no cheese and no green peppers. Food arrived 1-1/2 hours later. Steak sandwich had everything per menu on it, ie cheese and green peppers. Called for a replacement sandwich, family eats the pizza while I sit and wait for my dairy free meal. One hour later sandwich arrives, it's cold, bread is hard, it's nine a clock and Salarnos has lost any chance of our family ever ordering from them again.

I grew up on Salerno’s in Berwyn. My farther would bring it home. I moved years ago and was so happy to find this place today!!! The pizza was just like I remembered!! Thank you sooo much we will definitely be back ps such a cool

Ambience is to die for as the restaurant is very well lit with natural light. There’s also seating outside the restaurant. Service is awesome.
