Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We came for the $10 special and my free birthday burger. now, burgers were great, except the typical Stale-Böten. the service was great, got in front of our burgers and the tents also hot riders. burgers had great taste with a char broiled taste. my only complaint. they quit with the reward cards and because the server could get my phone number to work, I didn't get my free birthday stagsburger. she said I should go home and put my phone number in the system. I came home and checked it and my phone number we listed. we had enough to pay for 2 meal times, as we were planned on a free meal. does not like your new program. prefer the reward card. not my fault, my phone number would not raise. we're both in the rest, so we have to be selective when we eat.

Service and food were horrible.Waited 15 mins till someone came over to take our order and get us our drinks. We ordered the pretzel bites and the pretzels came out burnt and the cheese had a thick hard crusted layer on top like it was sitting under a heated lap for a extensive amount of time. Asked waited to takoverall pretzels back. Both my spouse and I ordered $15 burgers. Not $15 worthy. We both asked for medium rare, they came out like a hockey puck and the buns were extremely dry. Overall horrible. Server had an attitude of hating their job and acted like we were a nuisance to them for being there.

Great service at this restaurant location . Very supportive eif the LGBTQ Community. fast service . and very kind to children

Awesome waiter! However, I believe they are probably short-staffed like everybody else. Therefore, we waited a really long time for our order to be corrected because the first one for the chicken strips was so hard, there's no way that my granddaughter would have been able to eat that. By the time they brought it to us we were already finished with the whole rest of our meal. Also, we were not offered bottomless fries! Yep. I know. CAB??Parking: Great parking! ?

Catalina really mad my day today when I stopped in for lunch! She had mentioned she was new, but you would not know from her service. She was incredibly engaging and knowledgeable about the menu. We discussed my drink, a bit too much liquor, but her service more then made up for it! I will definitely be back to this specific location!
