I went down in person to place my order with a server at the sushi bar. After waiting for 30 minutes, I had to ask about my food and was then given my order. Despite it not being busy, it seemed like they forgot about me. When I returned to my room and opened my food, I realized they had forgotten my son's hot dog. I had to go back to the restaurant to get it, waiting another 10 minutes. The spaghetti squash tasted like solidified white wine, which was not pleasant. The salmon was okay, the brussel sprouts and tempura asparagus were decent, and the hot dog was the best item ordered. The fries were bland. I would opt for snacks from the front desk rather than eating at that restaurant again, even when in a pinch at the hotel.
This is the worst pizza I've ever tried. It had no cheese, no sauce, and no toppings. Save yourself the disappointment and just go to Aldi for a $6 pizza.
We ordered the ribs. Originally being from Chicago, we are familiar with good ribs. Paws ribs are the best ribs we have had since leaving Chicago 25 years ago. The meat was cooked perfectly, the sauce was excellent, they were not dry, and the portion size was generous. We shared a full rack and had leftovers. (They should offer a half rack option). We called the Chef out and personally thanked him for the amazing meal. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!
I am a very understanding individual, and I’ve worked in the food industry with understaffing. But this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. To start, my fish sandwich still had the skin on it so I gave it back but was offered nothing toreplace it. My wife’s $20+ chicken salad was romaine lettuce from the grocery store with a wad of chicken placed on top(uncut). I could’ve made this at home for $3. Another person had cold potatoes and broccoli. Some people got their dinners20-30 minutes before others and the first ones to eat were those who got the grilled cheese. Why in the world would you cookthat first when you know it’s the easiest thing to make? We as the guests ended up being the ones to fill everyone’s waterback up, otherwise I’d still be waiting to have it refilled. There was only one waitress to cover the bar, food, and it wasfor an 85th birthday party for around 20-25 people (we were the only ones there). If you couldn’t handle the party size, youshouldn’t have accepted to host; and that’s a management problem. Very disappointed in a place where they charge you an armand a leg to just eat there. This is the definition of ripping people off. You’re supposed to eat what you pay for and Iwould’ve rather gone down the street to McDonalds and paid them the prices I was being charged. It’s a shame such a niceplace doesn’t live up to the expectations of the pricing on their menu. I will never come back to this place and I hope othersthink twice before deciding to open their wallets and eat here.
I had high hopes for this restaurant, hoping for a five-star experience. However, when we went there for breakfast on my birthday, things seemed a bit off from the start.
