Mcbride's North - Aurora

This bar manages to stay in business solely because it’s surrounded by residential areas. It serves no real purpose; you’ll find every mainstream beer and spirit, along with a standard menu of deep-fried foods from their vendor. The service is awful, with rude staff who seem solely focused on making a quick dollar. I find myself going there twice a month simply because there are no other options. It’s truly disappointing. While I’m reluctant to give the owner any positive feedback, I will say he has a knack for choosing locations that benefit from a lack of competition. The moment another establishment opens nearby with a liquor license and serves snacks, this place will likely close its doors for good.

This place is a blast! I really enjoy the bartenders, the touch tunes, and karaoke. I also want to mention that every single time I've visited, the other guests have been incredibly friendly. I really like this spot, although I haven't tried the food yet! I'll update my review in the future.

This restaurant was quite average. The service was a bit slow, and the food was just okay. I tried the deep-fried jalapeño poppers, which were really spicy—too spicy for my liking. The nachos were fine, but they had way too much lettuce. The best part of the meal was the chips and cheese that were served for dining in.

A few friends and I came here for drinks and food, but ended up leaving after about 5 minutes. This place is not welcoming to people of color! AT ALL! You will be ignored by rude servers and not greeted properly. As an aurora resident, I?d like to enjoygoing to my neighborhood?s establishments without being racially profiled or treated poorly. DO BETTER!

The food is quite good and reasonably priced. They also have arcade machines, music, and TVs for entertainment. The waitstaff is incredibly nice and friendly, and the other customers in the restaurant are always pleasant as well.
