Fat Shack - Aurora

The best tasting sub I've ever had, and the service was excellent too! The staff was very respectful and really made my evening. I visit this place all the time; it's my favorite spot for late-night food. Trust me!

I visited this location at 10:30 PM and didn’t expect much in terms of customer service. To my surprise, Levi delivered some of the best service I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this place.

I ordered food for my girlfriend, and after waiting 30 minutes, I had to go up and inquire about it. They told me, "Oh yes, it's been ready!" Well, we already knew that. Additionally, I ordered five cheesecake items but only received four in the bag. This happened last night, August 28, 2022. A short guy took our order and said it would be ready in 10 minutes! I wouldn't recommend this place.

Terrible service and rude staff. I have been to almost all of the day shacks in Colorado and I have never been met with such disrespect by an employee. Under no circumstances should a person/customer be ignored. I don't think I could ever give my moneyto this establishment again after this interaction. Would not recommend especially in the later hours. Which is what they areknown for. Check out the one on Evans good staff and good service

Each visit with you guys is THE VERY BEST part of my day.. Out of all the late nights this is the most convenient grub spot in my neighborhood. My cravings are wild and Fat Shack's menu certainly matches my appetite. I know each time I go they got myback, special thanks to Dom} Those shakes are the BomB I'm telling everyone about this place.
