Evexia - Aurora

The menu offers a variety of dishes that have been slightly modified to be vegan. Both the vegan and non-vegan members of our group were extremely happy with our breakfast. The service was friendly and professional. The restaurant also has a small shop selling a selection of vegan and gourmet products, as well as eco-friendly children's toys. We also purchased a vegan brownie to take with us, which was absolutely delicious! We hope to return to this restaurant on our way back.

Nevexia is a hidden gem with a variety of standard vegan-friendly options, as well as the flexibility to accommodate almost any other vegan preferences. The food is fresh and flavorful, and the accompanying market offers a wide range of intriguing vegan products.

The restaurant incorporates high-quality ingredients like lemon, pistachios, and basil pesto beautifully. My favorite item is the vegan white and green flatbread. The marketplace offers unique and amusing vegan snacks, and the bakery items are delightful. (Updated rating in May 2022. As of January 2022, this establishment has been open about two months. The staff worked very hard, restocking the pastry offerings and answering questions. The Panini is huge: several people could share one of these generous options. It was flavorful without being salty or oily. The chocolate croissant was delicious; it was filled with huge chunks of chocolate. The restaurant itself is a lovely space with ample parking and a spacious seating area.
