Management told us they?d be unwilling to accommodate dairy allergy for milkshakes after our recent trip. Despite having oat milk in the store they told us they would no longer accommodate us as the oat milk is supposed to be for the Dunkin? side.Although I understand the reason, I feel this is not how you treat people with a food allergy. We will not be coming back.
I tried to pay in cash, but the bill had a small tear—though nothing was missing and the numbers matched. I was asked to provide a different bill. Despite asking for a receipt, none was given, and there was no explanation offered.
I ordered a large iced coffee, but it turned out to be quite weak and watery. I won't complain too much since it was only $2, but I have to say I’ve had better from Dunkin’ in the past, so I was a bit disappointed.
The staff at this particular Dunkin' is very unprofessional. There are polite ways to communicate with customers, especially when it comes to asking for payment, but they never seem to do that. I've consistently noticed them laughing among themselves, and it gives the impression that they are making fun of customers while taking orders.
