They quickly fulfill takeout orders. The food is fresh, and the staff is friendly.

The customer service was average, the drinks were just okay, and the selection of donuts was disappointing. After being closed for a long time, their indoor area is finally open, but it’s frustrating to order donuts without being able to see all of them. Inside, I noticed that many donuts were just sitting on a rack with only a few flavors on display, making it hard to see what else is available. It’s nerve-wracking to feel rushed while trying to decide at the counter with someone watching you. Plus, they often don't have all the flavors I’m looking for. Overall, it was not a great experience.

I have been visiting this place for nearly a year now. The quality of the food and coffee is always excellent. One of the best aspects is the staff; the entire crew is very welcoming and quick to assist. I especially want to give a shout-out to Girish, with whom I interact quite often. I come here often when ever I?m on my way to Naperville or the mall, I have never had any problems w my orders. Morning and second shift are really nice, I just went through the drive through, I told the young kids that my coffee wasn?t made right atanother location and they were like ? we can remake it ? it wasn?t that serious to me I just wanted extra Frenchvanilla and theygave it to me. the workers attitude is always great when I come by. :

I ordered an almond milk latte. I paid extra for it and was given a medium latte with regular milk instead. This was frustrating because that was not what I ordered and I am lactose intolerant. Please, kindly make sure you get the order right. This was notthe first time I got my order wrong at this location.
