Culver's - Aurora

I want to begin by stating that my experiences at this Culver's location have consistently been marked by excellent customer service. I've been coming here for as long as I can remember, and today was no exception. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I was welcomed with great enthusiasm. Fast forward to the point where I'm parked waiting for my order, and this is where I felt compelled to share my experience. I've been sitting in my car for at least 10 minutes, watching cars that ordered after me leave with their food. Eventually, one of the employees noticed and asked if I needed assistance. I explained that I hadn’t received my order, and she kindly said she would check on it. Shortly after, another staff member brought me my food and explained that my order had accidentally been given to another vehicle. This was my only less-than-ideal experience, but despite what happened, it was handled in the friendliest and most professional manner possible. Thank you, Culver's!

James and his colleagues, including the manager on duty, were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The dining area was clean. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The food was outstanding! I highly recommend the cod fish sandwich—it’s not greasy at all. The lettuce is crisp, and there’s a perfect amount of tomatoes and sauce. The fries are hot and crispy too!

Culver's is a good fast food restaurant. Food comes out quick and it's good. The cheese curds are really good. The kitchen was arguing and yelling. Besides that good food.

Very friendly staff. I have been here several times and have never had a poor experience The food is delicious and is always cooked fresh. I appreciate their friendliness.
