Chipotle Mexican Grill - Aurora

I visited this restaurant twice, which is what my review is based on. It was very crowded each time, and the service was incredibly slow. I found myself having to repeat my order multiple times just to get it right. Parking is nonexistent, and the air conditioning wasn't working, so it was uncomfortably hot. The cleanliness was only average. The only positive aspect is the location. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly, but unfortunately, I found a dead fly in my food.

This is easily the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had! The food was cold, my order was incorrect, and several sides were missing. My son wouldn’t even touch his quesadilla; when I tried it, it tasted like spoiled cheese. They offered me a buy-one-get-one-free kids meal, but I can assure you I will never eat at Chipotle again!

If you are going to advertise and promote a new product, you would think that you will be better prepared for the high demands and have enough backup to meet that demand. Having to wait 10 minutes to finally get served and then to be told that it will take 15 minutes to replenish said item was ludicrous so we gladly went to Qdoba. Good luck on your new promotion.

They still don't improve their wrapping skills and the toppings are not evenly spread on the burrito. The red sauce is EXTREMELY spicy they are not doing it right I love spicy and this location is ridiculous. It's so spicy you can't taste anything else I couldn't even finish my food because it burn my tongue!!! Get your recipes measured right. Not coming here for a long time better stop at Qdoba same thing :
