Chili's Grill Aurora

On July 4th, 2022, I visited this restaurant to enjoy some desserts and drinks while watching the fireworks. Unfortunately, we were seated on the non-bar side and told that happy hour drinks could only be ordered in the bar area. After requesting to move and explaining that if the host had informed us at check-in, we would have no issue, we were finally moved. While waiting for a table to be cleaned in the bar area, we were brought water, one of which had something floating in it. The food we ordered was average at best. Additionally, the restaurant closed early due to personal issues, which seemed strange given the holiday. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and food quality, and would only give this restaurant a 2-star rating, although it could have warranted 3 stars if not for these issues.

Avoid this place! The food was cold and poorly presented. The loaded potatoes were not served in a separate container, instead just thrown around the steak. It was a messy, garlicky disaster. We had to wait an extra 15 minutes for our correct order at pickup.

I wish I had got the server name, she was amazing about our family and 5 small children. they were new, what to do to entertain the little ones and was on him. best server and eat that we had in a long time. we are coming back to the final.

For a simple togo order. I ordered burger bites and egg rolls. When I went to the bartender, I was busy and couldn't catch up. she was completely out of control. the bar was covered with dirty dressing and the bar top was quite sticky. the manager walked around like nothing happened or wrong. my egg rolls have forgotten about 3 separate times and 45 minutes. the burgers were wrong and were incredibly cold when I had to eat them. others came in, ordered, had fixed a mistake, paid and went in the time that I waited for my food. the rest of the restaurants seemed to run smoothly, or just in the bar. if you want to leave this type of feedback on their website, they must have an account (as I want/need that after this experience.) the whole experience was incredibly disappointing

OK. My waiter was great. But on my walk up to the restaurant a gust of wind caught the light ON the building and sent it flying at my son. I picked it up and brought it inside. Waited a solid 5 minutes before a host arrived. I told her what happened and her response was weird. OK She didn't even ask if my kid was okay. They only get 3 stars because the waiter was quick, friendly and good at his job.
