But the food on the other hand was trash, the wings were cold and hard, and they brought my boyfriend and I food out 10 minutes apart... then there was a girl yelling inappropriate things in the kitchen that the whole restaurant could hear. This bdubs needs to work on they're professionalism and train people better. This is not my first bad experience here, every time I go there it's bad. The only reason I keep going is it's the closet to me.
I'm writing to inform management of the poor customer service and incorrect order received from Buffalo Wild Wings at 10500 Garden Drive in Denver, CO. After speaking to an employee which directed me to an hourly manager which I provided details of the issue, I felt it necessary to write this message. My order included cauliflower wings tossed in Asian Zing sauce as well as boneless wings tossed in Garlic Parmesan. I received a container with cauliflower and boneless wigs tossed in Asian Zing within the same box and overcooked pepper boneless wings in another. When I spoke to the hourly manager Jenn, she justified the incorrect order. She informed me that both cauliflower and chicken wings are tossed in the same bowls so it’s possible that wings were left in the bowl from the last order. She went on to explain that the overcooked wings were that of the third party deliverer. She did not offer to correct the issue, instead she gave me the number to corporate before hanging up. This displays training and accountability issues that have gone unresolved. This situation also poses a threat to individuals with food allegories or intolerances. I'm looking for support with this issue as I have invested my time and money. Please respond when you have received this message.
Horrible location!Went about a MONTH ago to dine in, waitress was a young girl with no customer service at all. Already a red flagThey made me order myself through their QR code , which didn’t allow me to enter in my gift card for some reason-I had to pay with my card to even place the order so I figured I would just let them know at the end that I’d like to pay half of the total with my gift card and just credit me the difference.The young waitress was already not friendly, she takes my gift card and says it has no money. I politely asked her to run it again because I had just gotten it: she seems upset about that and I proceeded to ask for the manager for help instead. She than leaves and I see her attend to two other tables and than comes back to ask me if I’m ready …. I looked straight at her and said YES I just asked you to grab you manager to help me with my gift card. I was so taken back, the manager (JEN) than comes and asks for my gift card, runs it and how weird it goes through! She said she credited me the “difference” and that it would take 4-5 business days to see that refund back on my card. I kindly complained about the waitress that hosted us and said she needed to be better at her customer service and everything was left fine.That was a MONTH ago and I have still yet to receive my refund! They not only took my money but my Gift card as well after being told the return went through. I have called multiple times to speak to a manager and omg everyone at this location has a serious attitude problem… telling me they can’t assist me because they’re too “busy” as though I’m not a paying customer who just wants an update on my return. They aren’t busy enough to take my money….I HIGHLY do not recommend this location. Once my refund is resolved: even if this location is closer to my house I WILL never give this place my money again.I’d rather go elsewhere!
I had nothing but problems from this restaurant. when I order the delivery, there are missing items every time and when I call them, they tell me that there is doordashs error, but I see my DD app on and there are no records about my order, so I can not say that I have no articles or get a refund. when I make a pick-up order, all the employees work like me because I draw missing items out of my pocket. you suck!
I can buy Tyson Wings at KS and bring them home and heat them up and have a better meal than I had tonite.
