This place must be short staffed or else no one knows what they're doing. Been at the Aurora location twice and the first time they completely forgot about my food while the rest of my group got theirs lol. The 2nd time same one in Aurora, couldn't make pretzel bites due to the oven but working, brought out one entree (out of 3) and completely forgot about our appetizer. They also got my friends order wrong, the person who we asked wasn't our waitress but when time was ticking away, we asked our waitress about it a d she had no idea about it.My chicken was very dry as well. .the least they could have done was discount our bill but nothin but am I don't care attitude

They have been suffering from a standard administration for about a year. I am really looking forward to coming here on ufc fight nights, but the manager - at least from their scary and cross-border bullkeeping/French attitude, seemed like someone who fled in a position of power, trying to keep the restaurant in something like half capacity because they "with personal problems. I feel like they should have told their servers a word because they recognize me and I'm a rather generous tipper. she would also not allow us to sit at one of the open seats of the many in the bar. it wasn't personal either. she literally let people wait 45 minutes to an hour at 9:30 clock for a table. No, thanks. until the leadership has changed, I don't have to spend hundreds of dollars per month here and they could not miss my business, but their server tips will be as this is in an area notorious for its bad typing (after friends who are server close to this geographic location.) I hope that they find one away to let me know when they are overwhelming their management.

I ordered the take of wings and chips and salsa they literally placed my chips on my chicken wings and now my chips are soggy. I've never been to a place where the chips were placed on the wings. unacceptable. when they have to put in the same container, they wrap these chips up so that it does not touch the other foods that soggy.

I stopped my family 9 months ago because of absolutely terrible service here. So we're trying to write it today. the host was not pleasant, dozens of open tables, but he let us wait. once nobody sat who picked up our order until a manager checked us sadly. we will not be back. No one of our family friends comes here anymore. maybe next year. the basic restaurant service has left the building.
