By the end of the night, after several conversations about these ongoing issues, they still attempted to charge us full price despite the significant amount of time we spent dealing with the problems and waiting for the computer to restart. I had to advocate for myself, and eventually, they offered me a discount and a free game card. I felt that I shouldn't have had to ask for anything and that it was poor customer service; they made me feel like I was being unreasonable for requesting what I felt was deserved. To make matters worse, they didn't even apologize. Because of this experience, I will never return to this location, especially with so many alternatives nearby. Also, it doesn't create a comfortable environment for customers when a manager is approached, and the entire team gathers to watch.

The food is a bit expensive and could use more flavor. However, the staff is really friendly and welcoming.

We had our company Christmas party there last week, and I was thoroughly impressed. The bowling was as enjoyable as ever, and the food exceeded my expectations. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I highly recommend this venue for a fun night out!

All nine children ages 5 to 14 had a fantastic time. Some of them used bumpers, and they all enjoyed the playroom. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We also found great value through Groupon!
