Had a wonderful dinner before an event with a friend! Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. My filet was cooked perfectly and tender. My friend ordered trout. She said it was the best she had ever had!

Staff was extremely nice. Ambiance was very nice also. However despite the diverse menus, I was somewhat disappointed with the chef and timing of the dishes ordered. The appetizer roasted cauliflower) was too salty. My special, lamb chop dish, was served too cold, as though it had been sitting out too long ...quality of the meat was tough. I would go back again because the hotel is very close to the medical school campus.

Good food and service, didn't expect it to be so open to the hotel lobby but not too bad...not cheap, food portions are large, but ambiance could have been better.

Inside Hyatt Aurora. The menu was limited due to a convention at the hotel—we we’re participating in the convention. Food ranged from pretty good to great, mediocre wine wine list, extensive cocktail bar. Service was hands down fantastic. Kudos to Sara, Kristen, and Danny for ensuring awesome service even when they were extraordinarily busy.
