Cool burger place. Great menu. Plenty of choices for burgers and sandwiches. Good size burgers. I had to help my wife finish her Green Chile burger. Always love the option of tater tots with my burger. Only complaint is the the actual burger needed a little more flavor. Pretty plain taste. Good thing there were toppings on the burger to give it some well needed flavor.

Most of the time I come here the burgers are made exactly to specification. I love the bookmaker burger. The fries are golden, medium sized, crispy outside soft inside. I would give the food a 5 but there have been 2 times that the burgers are way over cooked, I like rare to medium rare. I have found when we go during the busy hours this is when it happens and the wait time is ridiculous. The last time we went when it was busy, we waited 50 minutes for our burgers and there was no apology or acknowledgment about this wait time nor any effort to ammend this. Because of this, my husband doesn't want to return. I continue to go on off hours when it is very slow. During these times the food is excellent as well as the choice of beer. Staff is kind and friendly at the times I choose to go.

Awful service. Just got back from trying to have lunch there. We arrived and picked a seat. It was not busy when we arrived. Took 10 minutes for someone to come over with menus and take our drink order. Three more groups of people came in staggered behind us. They all got their food before we did. We were offered no explanation, just that it would be a bit longer. We decided to pay for our drinks and leave. It was not overly busy, we will not be back there. Totally screwed up a lunch date!

Well I am super stoked to say that this was an unexpected discovery. We will be going here more often and trying out the rest of their menu. Also, their drink selection I pretty amazing. I mean a bourbon flight tasting menu?

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. I was unsure of what to order, but everything the staff recommended was delicious. I highly recommend trying the brombeere cocktail. They have a wide variety of options, ranging from bitter to sweet. The burgers are also outstanding.
