Bonchon (aurora – S Cornerstar Way)

During my latest visit to this restaurant, which I reported to them, I encountered the worst wings I've ever had. The wings seemed to have been boiled, and the texture of the skin confirmed this. The breading fell off the first piece in just one bite. I managed to try one more wing, but it had the same strange texture and the breading was coming off again, so I decided to stop eating them. Unfortunately, the restaurant never followed up with me.

I absolutely love the chicken wings here! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I occasionally order the noodles as well, and I really appreciate how they package them; it enhances the overall experience.

This restaurant offers a fantastic twist on traditional bibimbap. Served in a stone bowl, it adds an authentic touch to your dining experience. The vegetables are fresh and have a nice crunch to them. A delightful and unexpected addition was the quinoa, which was a lovely surprise. The bowl also comes with a generous serving of spicy sauce. A helpful tip: wait a bit for the rice at the bottom of the bowl to get nice and crispy—it's the highlight of the dish! The portion size is large, and I barely made a dent in it, so expect plenty of leftovers. The service was excellent; the staff checked on me regularly to ensure I had everything I needed.

This is the best Korean fried chicken I’ve had that’s not across the world. This restaurant has become a staple for my friends and I every time we’re craving chicken. The pork buns are also absolutely delightful. Everybody is so friendly every time we’ve visited and I love the atmosphere.

This is a great place to try Korean food. I've had a lot of the items over a few visits and everything is fresh, tasty, and authentic. I love coming here for the fried chicken and beer after a long week!
