Anayas Bakery - Aurora

Cake was good. Always has food truck outside and that food is good. This bakery also sells hot tamales.

Went here for the first time the other day to grab some pan dulce. Store was very small but crammed full of Mexican staples. The outside looks pretty sketch, but everything inside was great including the pan.

Today was our first time visiting Anayas Bakery, and it is one of many to come! The desserts are homemade and everyone working there was very friendly. I am on a low sodium diet, and they assisted me in finding a great zucchini cake with fresh fruit on top! They also have a wide selection of other items, like meat. We ended up with more than we came in for!

I feel like I need to revisit this place and update my review. Since I've been avoiding sugar, the snacks we tried were fantastic; they felt just right in portion size, rather than the typical 30g per serving that's common in the U.S. (which is actually your daily limit, by the way). I'm giving this place a 5-star rating because the prices were excellent.
