Panera Bread Cornerstar Way - Aurora

I put an order for a big mac and cheese through the app, and waited to finish order for 17 minutes. while I was waiting, no one has checked with me. they just shot looking at me and ignored me otherwise. poor service and somehow the mac was already lukewarm.

It took nearly 30 minutes to get a refill on my coffee at this restaurant. The manager didn't offer much assistance either. I heard multiple times that they were out of various items. The atmosphere was tense due to the poor service. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

It was terrible. my daughter and I corrected the order twice. my job was a Broccoli-Cochdar bread bowl. my daughter ordered the plus that I think it was called salat and a suppassee. when I returned to the kitchen, the server argued the point. he should just do it. my daughter bowl was dirty. they need to overtake their personal

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I placed an order online and paid for the full order before arriving. However, when I got there, only 1 out of the 3 items I paid for was available. The manager did not apologize and instead asked when I placed my order, even though it was clearly indicated on the acknowledgement she had. The website showed many items as sold out, but what we ordered was still available. The manager was unhelpful and showed low customer service, even though they had my phone number from my order and could have informed me beforehand. The only item we received was also half the size it should have been. When a customer is charged for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the least they can do is apologize and offer an alternative. This experience was disappointing and I have never had such a bad experience at a Panera before.

I used to really enjoy and look forward to eating here. Today I ordered a half a sandwich and soup. Sandwich was very good. The soup was fair, I 've had better here. As I was getting halfway done with my soup, I looked into my bowl and noticed it was so dirty. needless to say I lost my appetite for finishing my lunch. I showed the remains of the soup and bowls to show the assistant manager. Her comment was "we need to do a better job cleaning the bowls they get stained from the French onion soup. "I was able to take my fingernail and scrape off the stuck on food Residue. She apologized and offered me a cookie. 1/2 of sandwich and a cup of soup. $14.34
