Swiss Chalet - Aurora

The worst Swiss Chalet we have ever used, we stopped physically going to this restaurant because of the extremely slow service 40 to 45 minutes from when we ordered and now that has now become to nom for take out and based on the comments with 6 people waiting for takeout this will be the last time any of us will ordering from this site. Strongly recommend someone from corporate investigate this location! Service: Take out

I waited 10 minutes before someone showed up at the takeout counter and I was the only person there . I Purchased a half chicken dinner and added a salad for takeout . The fries were cold and soggy with oil , the half chicken was so small it was like a quail and the salad was wilted and half full in the container , which is also much smaller than it used to be . Definately not worth 7.99. I will never order from this location again . It was a total disappointment and not worth the money .

James was fantastic. Top notch service and was so nice. He also went out of the way to ensure our children had a nice and fun dinner.
