I just had the worst experience ever at a drive through, the girl on the microphone straight up lied to me regarding the deals they had. They have a 2pc delta mini dinner for 8.49. I asked for it and she is like it’s only for 9.99 than I tell her it’s a usual for me and she says it’s only on Wednesday and than I asked to get 4 delta mini with fries and suddenly I see the 8.49 deal on the screen obviously the deal was there and I asked for 2 and she had nothing to say. At the checkout window, I met manmeet who was rude right of the bat. I asked for the total and she rudely responded with the total. And I asked to use the machine and the tap didn’t work. She straight up tells me to give cash or I and I quote ‘I can not give you the food’. Overall huge fan of Popeyes food but service was terrible at this particular location. All in all I think the staff requires a bit of customer service training

I am disappointed. First I go to the restaurant, I got my food horrible smell and it was on cooked. Second I order large fries I get so little because I am persian and they are Indian and when a Indian came he got a small bit got double the fries we got. Every time I come recently, I always get parked despite no other cars in drive thru. 9/10 times I have to go back in to remind them I’m here. Told it will be 5 minutes, usually end up closer to 10 minutes.
