Very well received, very good cuisine, pleasant setting. I must always say that the house is not today.

You want a meal including walnut lamb ris, a good piece of Aubrac beef with its rich cheese aligot, a creamy white cheese with red fruit and a large cup of chocolate mousse, all of which served with speed, alertness and a hint of humor? At Pruniere is the address to be noted in Aumont-Aubrac.

A great memory of our beginning and the end of the stage of the Tour des Montagnes Aubrac. Very nice house, friendly staff and boss, comfortable room, renovated and functional bathroom, original and tasty meals, very competent waiters, full breakfast and with fresh fruit. The hotel has been held by the same family for generations (which is rare today) and the service rendered to the customer is the priority of the place. The grandparents who come to play cards at the bar must be proud. Thanks for the good time.
