The hostess and the chef understand their craftsmanship and so the shop blossoms. Especially on weekends it is advisable to book by phone in advance. Very often you get the answer that you can easily come. We came twice and were always placed after only 1 2 minutes waiting time. The ambience itself reminds of a sports home. You will not find a modern ambience, but warm cosiness combined with a lively hospitality. The last two times we had the Insalata Casa for appetizer, the wood-burning pizza with truffles as well as stuffed dough bags with pears, parmesan, walnuts, radiant on a fine Gorgonzola sauce as the main dish. Our favourite were the filled dough bags that leave a sweet note on the tongue through the pears. The whole was balanced by the crispy walnuts and the slightly bitter but not dominating Radiccio. The sauce was somewhat unusual for a Gorgonzola sauce finely obsolete and balanced. The homemade Tiramisu rounded off the diner. Conclusion: Enjoy fresh, homemade dishes in a cosy atmosphere.
