The atmosphere is friendly. it was well visited, but not overwhelming, the service was attentive and nice. eating was not about the dimensions of kreatiw, but very well combined and well cooked. perfect carving, noodles al dente etc.
Well done! we were there twice and were thrilled. super service, deftige and very fine foods (we have several tested, optimal service (inventive and not intrusive). if you look closely, there would be a very small possibility of improvement in the appetizers, which are certainly offered, but of which 2 butter and oil are a bit below the rest. we will come back!
My partner surprised me with a dinner on the Valentine's Day. the evening became more than perfect by the loving preparation of all our foods and the really very professional staff. in our case it was a young blonde lady who really dominated her craftsmanship. very tasty, polite and accommodating without being intrusive.As an appetizer, a carpaccio of red bete was served with excellent smoked duck breast. the intercourse consisted of seasaibling on Radicchio-Risotto and continued the series of excellent food not only tastefully but also visually. as the main course we were served a pink calf spine on truffled topinamburpürre with chorizo-sud. the Chorizo-Sud was a dream for me as a chorizover-weigerer absolutely fantastic and glimmering ->. as a conclusion there were semi-frozen by the pink grapefruit with Ivoire chocolate. for me personally this was the weakest gang. that is only due to my small love for grapefruit. I would like to put a small point of criticism at this point. here it is not about eating or even the personal, but about the unstructured garderobe. on the one hand I find this niche for the class restaurant clearly too small. no order can be held, straight with thick winter jackets. there is also a table where I would not really feel comfortable as a hospitable, and last but not least, there was so much dust on the hat rack that you could have been immortalized there. continue so and destined to soon!
We were at the Sunday brunch in maximilians and it was a very pleasant experience. the ambiente is appealing, the atmosphere calm and relaxed, the selection of diners suitable for a restaurant of this size. at the appetizers the graved lachs has convinced. the main courts were, as far as we tried them, very good. the chocolate cakes at the cake buffet was simply sinful delicious.The service staff was also very friendly and in the regular attentive. we're coming back!
