I went to casanowa to dine with a friend, and the experience was great. the ingredients were fresh and very well cooked, the food was really delicious. the amount of food in each court is very generous, there is no possibility that they leave this restaurant still hungry. we ordered a mixture of grilled fish, pasta mare e monti and salami pizza. the grilled fish was the best of the three: it is difficult to find good fish in augsburg, but these people really know how it is done right. the pasta was also excellent, the combination of babysquid, garnel, austerity and cherry tomatoes is a winner. the salami pizza was good and the waiters are very friendly and solicitous. I'll be back to this restaurant. I couldn't eat anymore, but I want to try some typical Italian desserts. the tiramisu looked spectacular!
On Saturday afternoon we had lunch in casanowa, especially the fish dishes were very well prepared, the chef himself came to explain how he had prepared it. beautiful and cozy atmosphere, good Italian food and close to the city center of augsburg.

For me definitely one of the best Italians badly! Milko and Jae welcome you so warmly that the evenings at Casanova are going too fast. You just notice that there is a passion here! It's just all harmonious. Not only the two, but the entire team put themselves in the right way so that the guest feels comfortable here. And that's what makes it so special! Even if the restaurant is fully booked and this is not the case, the service is always at a level that you rarely experience! Just like the consistent quality of dishes. Who is a fan of seafood is right here. Whether on the pizza, in the pasta or as your own dish, you simply taste that very good quality is sought out here and is not tasted with the ingredients. However, this also applies to all other dishes (and we have tried a lot here). By the way, the portions are not too close. So whoever doesn't get tired of this has to have had a very big stomach/hunger. Unfortunately, we always make the same mistake that we underestimate the portions every time. The appetizers are already shared and yet it becomes very close at the main course. But that's what you can do. Normally, I would go into the individual dishes now, but that would blow the frame. Images sometimes simply say more than 1000 words (the appetizer was unfortunately too fast on the evening to photograph them even meaningfully).
