Hau - Auderghem

Because of the pandemic, we no longer had the opportunity to return to eat at Hau restaurant. We were really delighted to be back there to taste their new dishes of high quality gustative and a nice aesthetic presentation. Here are some illustrations. You will also be charmed not only by a warm and stylish setting, but especially by the kindness and professionalism of the boss Hau. It will always be with great pleasure to come back!

Beautiful experience at Hau. We took a menu of 10 services, and for some of us, we had the ten services without pork or beef, following our request. Each meal is exquisite and takes you directly to Vietnam. We had the chance to taste flambées mussels, grilled scampis, so scented salads, fried duck and a whole lot of other things that are more delicious than others. Hau's restaurant certainly offers the best Vietnamese cuisine in Belgium. There is no recipe from other countries that come to distort the authenticity of Vietnamese cuisine. To enhance the culinary experience, count on the excellent selection of wines. We tasted two delicious Cretan wines, a Vouvray and a Primitivo des Pouilles. Unbelievable. The service is very friendly and professional. You can only have a good time. I recommend more than strongly!!

We went on a Sunday night. Nice welcome, cosy and very pleasant. Selected entries: old croquettes, stuffed chicken wings, imperial duck dishes, imperial rice, three desserts of sorbet, coconut dough were very good and tasty. I have a heartburn for the coconut dough with a flavor that makes you travel. On the other hand, the service is poorly managed and as soon as there is a world, the wait is extended. Between the dish and the dessert it was an hour. Too long for a nice evening. Too bad.Also note the passage among us of the boss and chef Mr Hau. Prices in the top range. What a beautiful address! Service to small care, charming and warm setting with its floor and woodwork, and in the plate it is simply happiness at every bite. Three times and never disappointed. Bravo
