Burger King - Auckland

This place is disgusting. Beverage machines covered with syringes. The tables were dirty and the bins were full in the morning at 10:00. I would understand whether it was in the afternoon or exhausting, but it was calm, which leads me to believe that the bins were full from the day before. And the worst thing was eating was UPDATE: The manager of this store contacted me after this review and offered me a free meal. Four months later, I returned and he honored this offer. The meal was round for the first time and served hot The restaurant was also in a much better condition. Thank you. Harim

Eating was okay. No very clean or neat BK location. Many employees, but no seem to be busy, but the queue was long and slow moving. A little pumice was missing and they were mysteriously forgotten when I went to collect. Pretty average.

The line wasn 't to long but it took 10 minutes to get a basic meal. The staff were not friendly at all. As far as I could see there were only 3 staff members on. My burger was cold and looked like the food equivalent of depression. The managers need to sort out more staff so your stores can handle the customers coming through and relieve pressure on the staff so the customers can have a better experience at your restaurant

They say its home of the whopper Well the whopper is a whooping faluire, the burger is TINY and greasy and looks like its been stuck in somebodys armpit for 2 days. The flamed grilled burger isnt even flamed its just microwaved and it isnt real even real beef. I brought a meal just to get a crown and the crown istantly tore. WHAT A WASTE OF TREES AND MONEY. The drive thru service is far far faaaaaaar to sloooooow, i was the only person there and i ordered a simple cheese burger combo. it took 25 minutes to serve me a damp cheese burger and chips, the bun had black moldy stuff growing on it. Worst fastfood place ever.

I love the food of course but the way the Indian manager treat his employee is disgusting and made my meal awful . Especially the lovely girl who was cleaning he doesn't know how to talk. So lame. Hate it
