Le Brazero - Auch

This restaurant is in the area of the Carrefour hypermarket on the south side of the city just towards Pavie but within the city boundary , able to be seen from the main road but higher up a bank , accessed up a sloping road where you park outside. A few steps up and into restaurant where you can eat al fresco or inside. We were able to choose and eat very well from their set menus choices , Entrée plat and dessert 13 euros , wine by the glass for the diner who chose other a steak , the others had their wine inclusive of price . In all a very reasonable lunch with wine for three at 38E 50 in total. Would I go back , yes hence this latest review.

We were staying at a local hotel which didn't serve evening meal but they recommended this restaurant. We had a three course meal which was good and at a very reasonable price.

Not realising the lunch time menus as it was a French bank holiday would be only a la carte , we opted for sea food salads as neither of us wanted a large meal. Presentation was novel , something I had not seen before, it was served within a very light crisp, probably rice paper , basket , coloured red! The plate looked and was stunning. At 27 euros for both salads and a 1/2L rosé wine a fine lunch as you will find.
