Mcdonald's - Auburndale

I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before anyone took our order. They kept saying there was a kiosk, but when people explained it was broken, the staff became disrespectful. It was incredibly unprofessional. Their main focus seems to be on the drive-thru, with no one at the front desk to take orders in the lobby, and they were rude to anyone who asked for assistance, which led to multiple mistakes in our orders. It seems this is a regular issue, and I think corporate should look into it. Next time, I’ll make a video.

This is the worst McDonald's in the area, especially during the morning shift. They can never get my simple order right! I just want a small coffee and a hash brown, and that's it! They seem to get upset if I ask for extra sugar, a small straw to mix my coffee, or for creamer and sugar on the side. If they're unhappy, maybe they should consider finding another job!

This place was incredibly disappointing. The drinks tasted awful, and I even saw a customer returning food that was left in the warmer. The most amusing part was watching a girl who had been waiting for over 45 minutes for her interview. We ordered nuggets and ate in, while she just waited and waited, with the staff repeatedly telling her that someone would be right with her. Instead of a manager, they sent a fry cook with a piece of paper to ask her questions. As I was leaving, I asked her if that was for a job there, and she told me she had a scheduled interview two weeks ago, but the manager was never available at the times she was told to come back. She mentioned that the manager was there that day, and she was supposed to have her interview then. This location has always been on my list of places to avoid, and after witnessing this firsthand, I will definitely steer clear of it. If I have to choose a fast food place, I will always opt for Burger King over this McDonald's.

Zero stars. The service was terrible. I recommend going somewhere else. I wouldn't even feed this food to a dog.

After visiting three different McDonald's locations, he finally succeeded in getting some ice cream. I really appreciate the quality of the ice cream at McDonald's, but I found the small size a bit disappointing. It might be worth it to splurge on a large size to enjoy a more satisfying portion rather than opting for the small one.
