Mcdonald's - Auburndale

Angie was wonderful! She had a fantastic personality and a great demeanor!

What should have been a quick 10-minute round trip to pick up a simple breakfast sandwich and coffee before work turned into a frustrating experience. I decided to place my order for pickup at 8:30, but by 8:50, my order still hadn’t been prepared. When I called, the manager was not only very nice but also clearly upset with her employee for the oversight, as the order had been sitting there the whole time. She quickly made a fresh one for me and delivered it herself, demonstrating excellent customer service.

After trying three different McDonald's locations, he finally managed to get some ice cream. I appreciate the quality of the ice cream at McDonald's, but I noticed that the small size is a bit lacking. It might be better to pay for a large one and receive a good amount of ice cream instead of settling for the small size.

Slow down. This place doesn't care how long you wait. Especially when you go in. You better get out. If you go to eat, it is faster to call any other mcdonald's, have changed it there, I guarantee it will come there before they realize that you are there.

Throwing through entering and smelling like a dumpster and a huge cockroache came out of the window. When I told the manager, she was extremely rude and would not give her name, and then the other employees refused to give her name and she screamed about her. I'll never eat there again and recommend that nobody does.
