Subway - Auburn Hills

Something happened to this location and I do not like it. My sandwich was thin with only portion of veggies and meat compared to previous servings. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and this is the first time I feel underserved on the amount. I will try again in a couple of weeks to make sure it was a fluke. If not, i will find another location close to work.

Hands down, This Subway has the best customer service! Faythh went out of her way to make my sub the way I like it! Throw back to the old way, cut the top off just like a canoe. You made my day. I appreciate you! Give that girl a raise she deserves it!!! 20 years with the company that's loyalty!! I have Fayth in Subway!

It's not the restaurant I want to complain about, it's the cost f the sub. I bought a footlong turkey sub added bacon and a large drink. I almost had a heart attack when the cashier told me $20.65! That is the price for one sub and a drink! Sorry subway but I will not be back, too expensive

SubwayLike any other subway. Nothing really bad. Good service. Kind workers. Clean. Best of all, about 50 ft from the park!Recommended

We ordered lunch and my co-worker 's sub had onions on it when she ordered no onion she also made it a meal and did not get her chips. I called the store and they offered to remake her sandwich; however, I informed him (later he said he is the owner) that I only have 30 mins for lunch and that time was up could he please refund the sandwich. He replied that I had to bring the sandwich back up in order to get a refund. I had to literally ask my boss for extra time and took the sandwich up there. I handed him the sandwich and he didn 't even look at it and threw it in the trash. I asked him why would he make me bring it, that I NEVER heard of a place demanding food back like that and he said how do I know you weren 't lying! I said well aren 't you going to look to make sure then he said NO! he was very rude and said he was the owner and had been doing this for 30yrs and has always required the food to be returned. Our office orders from there at LEAST a couple times a month= NEVER AGAIN!!! I have never been treated as a thief and so offended by a restaurant much less from an actual OWNER= SHAMEFUL!!!! *my review says California, but I am in Auburn Hills, MI and this is the store on the corner if Auburn Rd Squirrel
