Steak 'n Shake - Auburn Hills

Can't remember the waiter's name, but he was pretty brilliant. (Moved to the Auburn Hills area 3 months ago by North MI) The food was so cheap. I thought they'd kill us with Burger Toppings or Saucen, but that wasn't the case! It cost us 17.50 for 2 adults and a child. I was very amazed. Am I back? Omg! Yes! The food was great and the service was just as great!

Our server was excellent! She was very attentive to our granddaughter. The food was always good!

The best burgers, fries and shakes anywhere! Use the coupons though or it's a bit pricey.

Always good food. But the fact that u got to ring up ur own food. I'm not a fan of. I had 5 kids n 3 adults. Lol. Took me forever trying to find it all. Lol.

Now that the inside is open, service has seemed to be improved greatly. More employees, self service and ordering, very simplified to a McDonald's dining room level. Honestly blew me away considering this specific stores reputation of being incredibly poor service. Seems to be an incredible improvement. I hope all Steak N Shakes operate this way now.
