Burger King - Auburn Hills

They are fast and the food is always hot! I love coming to this place, even if I'm in a hurry!

I had a great experience with BK. I ordered the impossible burger along with some other articles by the app while parked outside. When I came in, I was kindly greeted by the cashier and within a minute my food was ready, that's fast food! As far as food is concerned, the impossible is almost identical to the regular hepper. The taste was very similar and I can understand how people like I enjoyed it myself. The frits are thicker cut than McDonalds, but are really salted and good. Too much mayonnaise.

I would appreciate it if the staff at this restaurant would pay more attention to their service. I asked for cheese twice and did not receive any confirmation from them. Despite this, I was charged twice for cheese. The staff was rude and rushed, and did not acknowledge me as a customer. Ultimately, I did not receive the cheese I ordered and was charged twice. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service.

It's pretty much a 50% when you go to this location that they are open, (the seating area is always closed), but no one will answer you when you go to place your order at the drive through. This last visit I left and went to McDonald's.
