Bangkok Cuisine Express - Auburn Hills

This is a wonderful Thai takeout establishment. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the woman at the front desk is both friendly and helpful. I ordered the apple salad, which was fantastic, as well as the hot and sour soup, which was really good. For my main dishes, I had the mild pad pak beef and the mild pad Thai chicken. Both dishes were packed with flavor and perfectly balanced spices. I will definitely be returning here for takeout. While they do have a few seats available if you'd like to eat in, it's best suited for takeout. As for dietary restrictions, I noticed that they offer some gluten-free items on the menu.

Before we ordered, we inquired whether they were affiliated with a similarly named Thai restaurant near Royal Oak, and the cashier confirmed that they were "under the same umbrella." Based on this information, we decided to dine here since the Royal Oak location is one of our favorites. Unfortunately, after expressing our concerns about the food preparation to another employee, we learned that the two locations are not connected at all. This misleading information left me feeling deceived and disappointed. I've been enjoying Thai cuisine weekly for years at various places, but I was not impressed with what was offered here. It's unfortunate because the atmosphere was nice. I won't be returning after this experience. Please don't misrepresent your affiliation; it's misleading to customers.
