I called and was told I need a reservation online. There was no way to book a table for 7 people, so I had to book one for 6 and make notes that there were 7. The restaurant was well accommodated, but not read the notes before our arrival. We had reservations for 6:30. We waited 15 minutes before we were even greeted at the front of the restaurant, and then it was at least 20 before we were taken to our table. There were several people. We only got our food at 19:45 and drinks were empty for some time. The order was not correct and all the fries were cold. The staff was hardly present. They were all very friendly, but the waiting times were quite terrible. When they brought us the bill, they forced my daughter's dessert for his birthday. I think they really only need to work more team members and also a more functional website if they require reservations that go through them instead of by phone.
