The Rock Wood Fired Pizza - Auburn

Nobody to greet you at the door,Definitely Bad customer Service, Extremely dirty for a restaurant like the Rock! Propane tank next to the Booth, Dirty siding in the booth, drink splash on the siding of the booth. CLEARLY NOBODY CLEANS HERE.. The waitress Hannah even got the pizza order wrong and then told me I was wrong when I mention this wasn 't what I ordered and she told me Ya Well I heard you say .... Soòo and ordered some pizza I dont even remember the name of while being extremely combative. Just an extremely disrespectful person who gives company 's a bad name!! Even Took the plates without even asking if we were done while eating the appetizer (Since my pizza was Wrong with the wrong order)...Just absolutely Rude Zero customer appreciation just attitude. We left and went next door to the Mazatlan had a great time there! I will no longer bring business partners here or anyone I know for that matter. Anyways avoid this place it 's a horrible Location for the Rock. Puyallup or Renton are some great locations though!! This is NOT how you run a business based on customers.

They have a great salad and personal pizza lunch special for $9.95 it was delicious! Will definitely return again. Dinner is also yummy, but the bar area gets crowded. The Mediterranean salad is awesome. The Money Sandwich is so delicious! If you go often enough (a couple of times a month) they will remember your order and have superb customer service.

It was nice and super hot outside so we sat on on the patio. They had the water misters going so it was nice. They seemed to be in a rushed to take our order. After ordering our food didn't see our waitress again until our pizza was done. Which was what seemed like forever. My daughter spilt her water that we got before we ordered the pizza. Not very attentive to guest when out on patio. But over all good pizza super hot, and got us in last minute and wasn't to bad price wise.

Only edible option from my order was the fries! Cheeseburger and Buffalo chicken wrap were drier than the Sahara desert. Complete waste of money. I remember when this restaurant was good. So disappointing!

Food was amazing. I was skeptical of the roc. I have my reasons. I was blown away of the well cooked pizza and the wings. The brown sugar cheese bread blew my mind. Well put together flavors with the dips. Now. The hostess sat us down at a filthy table. Meanwhile all I hear is servers and tik toking and sitting to my right. It didnt seem like time was being managed properly being that we were sat at a dirty wet table in their view. I could hear everything they were saying. So that's my review and I'm being brutally honest here because it was my friend's birthday and I didn't want to be that guy that night. $250 bill and the server was so tiny we had to wipe the rest of the table because she couldn't reach it. She tried and helped the beginning of our experience to be better than it started. Thank you. Hope this information helps management because management definitely knew who I was. Lol
