Mimi's Retreat - Auburn

I wish I could share a picture of my prime rib sandwich—it was both delicious and enormous! I enjoyed it for dinner tonight and will have leftovers for lunch tomorrow! I can't believe I haven't tried this place before, but I'll definitely be returning!

The bowl of bleach water was disappointing, both flavorless and devoid of any ethical consideration.

I noticed only a couple of servers attending to customers, and though our waitress was very friendly, she struggled to keep up with everyone’s needs. Our drinks and salads arrived fairly quickly, but it took an additional 20 to 25 minutes for our main course to be served. We both ordered salmon, but when we cut into it, we discovered it was undercooked, warm on the outside but raw inside. It took another 10 minutes to get our waitress's attention so we could send it back for proper cooking. Despite these hiccups, we still had a great time, and once our salmon was properly cooked, we thoroughly enjoyed it. I think we may have caught them on an off night, and I definitely plan to give Mimi's another try. Next time, I’m eager to sample their desserts. As for parking, since Mimi's is located in the downtown area, it might be a bit trickier on weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Way too much salt apon fries. And the burger had too much seasoning or something on it. Didn't even finish my food. Wife wasn't impressed either and she loves food. This was a 1 and done place. Lemonade was awesome though.

3 out of 4 people liked their food. They got salmon and tenderloins. I got the pretzels. The cheese was tasteless. The mustard was gross with horseradish. My soup was fine/good. There is a separate charge for cash or card so beware of that. Service was good.
