It seems that the quality of the food has really declined. The Pad Thai was once quite similar in taste and appearance to the traditional dish, but now it’s just bland and lacking color. As for your Pad Kee Mao, it’s a disgrace—it tastes and looks more like a Cantonese stir-fry than anything else.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, but I've recently noticed a decline in quality. The crispy noodles were quite delightful, but the shrimp were overcooked and had an unpleasant texture. I might have to remove this restaurant from my regular favorites.

The journey is definitely worth it! The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is fantastic and friendly. The food is delicious, and their pad thai is the best you can find in the Lewiston and Auburn area.
