The girl working 1/22/24 should absolutely not be working in customer service. I wanted a sub and my 2yr old son wanted a pretzel (from Subway I know but it’s all he wanted in the food court area lol)…She told us to come back in an hour if we wanted a pretzel (because they were defrosting supposedly), so my son continued to play in the play area and then we came back, I waited in line again for her to lie to my face and say we are out of pretzels. I told her you just told us to come back in an hour and they would be ready and she rolled her eyes and walked to the back then came out with the pretzels, then put a sign up saying she was going on break.I asked her if the pretzels she just brought out were ready and she said “how many times do I have to tell you the pretzels aren’t ready.”She did this in front of multiple customers mind you. So rude.I work in customer service I know a lot of places are under staffed and we all have bad days but reading the reviews, it sounds like this is a huge problem at this location daily.
How the hell do they make a BLT without lettuce or tomatoes l?!?
The sandwich maker burned the bread so badly that is was not edible. Terrible that he saw that he burned it, made my sandwich with the burned bread anyways and gave it to me. I ordered on the app so had no way of knowing til I got home. I'm done with this place!
$13 footlong sub. Took 20 minutes to make with one customer in front of me.
