Papa Gino's - Auburn

This used to be my favorite Papa Gino's out of the two locations nearby because they always got my order right, whereas the other one never did. However, I’ve been disappointed recently. I always order the same thing—a double pepperoni pizza—and it used to be consistent. But for the past few months, they’ve stopped putting extra pepperonis on my pizza. I’m paying for the double pepperoni, yet they give me a regular pepperoni pizza instead. I even started leaving a note that says "double pepperoni, please," but they still don’t follow through. I don’t know if they are trying to save money by cutting back on toppings, but since I’m paying extra, I expect to get what I paid for. It’s such a shame because this was my favorite spot.

5 stars – I wish I could give it 6! Everyone I’ve met there has been incredibly friendly, especially the delivery staff. They really make an effort to bring the food to me. The prices seem quite reasonable, especially given how much food costs these days. The Italian subs are filling and have been a great alternative since the turkey subs are no longer offered, unfortunately.

Papa Gino's breadsticks, mozzarella sticks, and chicken tenders are delicious. My only concern is that the bathroom was in poor condition and required thorough cleaning and sanitization. This is a significant issue, considering that this is a public establishment serving food.

Cost has gone up while quality has gone down. Most expensive pizza shop in town right now. Tasted rotten, couldn't even eat it and just threw it away. Thought it was a one off so I gave them a couple chances this year but repeat visits have shown thatthis is a consistent thing. Although the staff was nice, I would still recommend one of the mom and pops in the area instead.

When I get a pie from someplace different it is always plain cheese. Papa Gino?s sent me out a good pie. Flavor was great cheese to sauce was great. Crust was a little sub par for me buoy was good and crispy well done like I asked. All in all 4/5
