Monkey Cat Restaurant Bar - Auburn

Everything was great except that the restaurant was uncomfortably warm (and I am not sure that could have been avoided since it was 113 outside!! . Staff and service were great. Didn't feel ignored or hovered over—just comfortably pampered. Everyone enjoyed every their meal.

Unbeknownst to us when reservation was made it was an Auburn cruise night so lots of people out and about air conditioning in restaurant was minimally effective food was quite tasty our group had all claan plates when we were done to be sure!

After not dining here for a few years, it was wonderful to find it as good as we had remembered. The pace of service was just right, the special cocktail remarkable. And the food excellent. We highly recommend!

Very impressed! Our server, Urka, pleasantly greeted us with a Happy Anniversary. The food was outstanding, well plated and presented, and delicious. We were treated with two candles on our piece of cheesecake. We would highly recommend Monkey Cat!

The server was phenomenal! We order the salmon and the seafood risotto. Both were delicious! The price for the small amount of food was a bit much. The addition of bread would have been welcomed. I did not want to pay an additional $5. I truly enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the staff. I will probably not return. I do understand that times have changed and have no complaints other than a little piece of bread would have gone a long way at this price.
