Knee Deep Brewing Company - Auburn

We have lived in this area for 8 years. I am from further up Northern California and moved here 8 years ago. It took us 3 years to find this place and have been coming here ever since. We love this place. I have tried just about every beer on the menu and Wow!! What a menu. So many Beers!!! It's a great place to play games with your family and enjoy a couple of beers. We love it that a fellow Peace Officer owns the place my husband loves that part.

Went in on Tuesday night and had the worst experience at any brewery I've ever been to in the area. The only person pouring was an older bald guy! Horrible customer service. You could feel his negativity when my son and wife asked to taste a beer since they had never been into Knee Deep. They ordered and I asked for a sample and he was not happy to have to pour another taster. Anyway we all ordered something and then got out of there . This guy is not good for business!!!!

The Tanilla Porter is one of the best beer's brewed today. I have a pretty wide appreciation for quality brews, but I am always partial to a high quality porter and this one takes the medal. Dark and rich coffee tones with a hint of chocolate and just the right touch of vanilla, it is not bitter at all and not too heavy. I can't recommend this brew highly enough. Knee Deep hit the mark with this one. I haven't tried any of their other brews, but if Tanilla is any indication of their standards, I look forward to seeing what else they have (although, they will be hard pressed to pull me away from this incredible brown). Way to bring old world flavor to today's market Knee Deep!

Exceptional at brewing West Coast IPAs, doubles, triples, even quads. Also have a few single and double Hazy/ NE IPAs, stouts and porters, and some good sours.It is a chill atmosphere with games usually a food truck, and both indoor and outdoor seating.

Their staff was rude. Both girls were giving the attitude. Since I had never been there I needed to ask about their beers and stuff. They seemed bothered and not friendly at all. Never going again.
