Kfc - Auburn

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced! I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up my order, the staff member struggled to understand English. I had to repeatedly spell out my name, only to be told that the biscuits would take an additional 14 minutes. I won't be coming back!

I've ordered from here a few times, and each time my order has been completely messed up. My last order was the final straw. I ordered a 5-piece chicken tender meal and received just one tender that was shredded into five pieces. They also got my sides and drink wrong. It's just pure incompetence. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I now remember why I tend to avoid KFC. On a Saturday night during the dinner rush, I was informed there would be an 18-minute wait for the extra crispy chicken. I ordered the 8-piece meal, and when the server handed me the bucket, I asked if he had included all 8 pieces. I counted as he placed them in, and I was disappointed to find only 6 pieces when I got home. Additionally, the potatoes were cold and the gravy was only lukewarm. Overall, I'm really not happy with my experience.

The wallpaper in the dining room is peeling, and the trash bins in the lobby and men's restroom are overflowing. The hand dryer in the men's restroom is out of order and lacks a notice. Additionally, when the door to the men's bathroom opens, one of the ceiling tiles lifts and makes a noise. On a positive note, the original recipe chicken was quite tasty.

The restaurant consistently forgets to provide silverware, and the food is often served cold and soggy. They've also recently implemented a 10-cent fee for each bag. After another visit, I waited 12 minutes just to place an order, despite only two cars being ahead of me. Unfortunately, the food was terrible and dried out.
