Terrible experience—absolutely ridiculous. This is the third time we've been charged for items we never received. We even asked them to double-check our order before we left, so we feel embarrassed for trusting them. Clearly, they didn’t check at all. I'm disputing the credit card charge once again! It’s not like we had a large order either!
This restaurant is terrible. More often than not, they are understaffed. My child enjoys the fried chicken, so I’ve found myself stuck in the drive-thru line for over 45 minutes more than once. You might see just a few cars in front of you, but you might as well turn off your engine because you’ll be spending your afternoon waiting. And when you finally reach the window, they might not even have what you ordered. This definitely deserves the one star I've given it.
Ordered in the drive-thru, wanted fries with a meal, but they gave me mac and cheese instead. When I went inside to get fries, it was only then that they told me they didn't have any fries that day. They could have told me when I placed my order. Thanksfor wasting my time.
Stopped in here for a Mac and Cheese bowl Spicy. At least this KFC knows how to make it right. My last KFC experience gave me mashed potatoes instead of Mac and Cheese. This one was fantastic and plenty spicy. Staff super friendly and courteous.
